Once the raw crops arrive at our door step they are meticulously cleaned for any foreign matter. The cleaning process varies from spice to spice and from crop to crop.

The Pin Mill is one of the most advance food processing equipment in the world. Grinding temperatures are accurately set and maintained to ensure minimum loss of precious volatile spice oils. The Pepper Processing division employs a high performance dryer, two levels of spirals, de-stoner, an aspirator, few levels of sieving, steam sterilization and magnets to remove any metal particles.

Once the finished product is ready Asia Alimento has put in place processes to pack the materials into different denominations and packaging materials as per the customers requirements. We have managed over the years tamper proof packs for retail as well as bulk exports.
